Chicago Marathon (USA) 2022: Start time, course map, live stream, favorites to win

The Chicago Marathon is set to be one of the major runs in 2022.

We have gone over how to watch, what the course looks like, and who the favorites are to win.

Grant Park is home to the Chicago Marathon that is coming up in 2022. Both 2021 champions will return to defend their crowns in the elite race.

An American woman is trying to set a record. The race is broadcast live and viewers can catch the results throughout the day.

The race starts at 7:20 a.m. with the men’s wheelchair starting at 7:20 a.m. local time (CT).

The women's wheelchair race starts one minute after the men's and the handcycle race starts two minutes after that.

The waves start 7:30 a.m. with Wave 1. At 8 a.m. Wave 2 will start. The ride begins at 8:30 a.m. Grant Park is accessible by watchers at 9 a.m.

The race will not receive a national broadcast, but it will be available via several local Chicago stations.

NBC 5 Chicago, Telemundo Chicago and TeleXitos will provide live coverage and live streaming throughout the weekend.

NBCChicago and TelemundoChicago.com will broadcast the live stream online.

The race will be broadcast live from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. on 670 The Score Sports Radio. CT.

The course goes north on Wrigley Field and back down close to Grant Park for 13 miles.

The course winds through West Chicago until it crosses the United Center.
