Organizational goals are the types of points where the end of organization activities. In simple words, it is the endpoint that top managers want to reach that’s why goals provide direction about what is to be done. They guide the actions of the organization. The goal is the focal point of using resources. They guide how to the best result to be achieved. Goals serve as standards for measuring performance. So that all activities of an organization are aimed at the achievement of goals then the goals without action are dreams.
In other words, the existence of an organization is the main reason for the organizational goals. So if the organization fails to achieve its goals by any problem then it can be say that it has faile in its objectives. The successes and effectiveness of organizational are critical by goals. That’s why goals are in fact, to provide, an idea about the character, intentions, activities, and behavior of an organization.
